Return & Exchange Policy

If for any purchase you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase and change for the different size with the same colour. If the item you want, is not available for the same or other colours. We accept your return and change another item with the SAME PRICE or HIGHER. Please NOTE that we DO NOT offer to refund.

Terms & Conditions

  1. All return must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED and UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
  2. All item including can be returned except for Reject Item and Clearance Stock item (ITEM SALES)
  3. We DO NOT accept any return for item purchased from the third party except from our aisysoffeaexclusive team and it is for ONLINE PURCHASED ONLY.
  4. Return must be shipped out within 7 WORKING DAYS of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM.
  5. All shipping cost are subject to customer responsibility.
  6. Item bought from website CANNOT be exchanged at boutique.
